Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas, ensuring a tidy and sanitary environment.
- Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
- Handle commercial cleaning duties, such as restroom sanitation and waste disposal.
- Assist with facilities maintenance as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and address any custodial needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in custodial and janitorial roles
- Strong cleaning skills, including floor care and commercial cleaning techniques
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks and buffing of floors
- Experience in residential painting and porter duties is a plus
