Overview
We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide high-level administrative support to our executives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive meetings
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, transcribing, and data entry
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Utilize Google Suite for document management and communication
- Use DocuSign for electronic document signing
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant
- Proficient in Google Suite applications
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy, including MS Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in front desk or office management is a plus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
