Investment Analyst
This is onsite in Brick, NJ.
Tryko Partners is a real estate private equity firm specializing in the ownership and management of multifamily properties and healthcare facilities. The Company owns and manages an investment portfolio consisting of over 7,000 multifamily units, healthcare facilities comprising of over 80 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, tax lien investments throughout multiple states, and various other private equity interests.
Tryko is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its acquisition team. This is an onsite position at our Brick office. The successful candidate will be a part of an experienced investment team that is passionate about real estate and the growth of the Company.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Specific responsibilities will include :
- Creating complex detailed Excel financial models, including property cash flow projections, operating company pro Formas, complex capital structures, investor distribution waterfalls and return sensitivities
- Create comprehensive financing and investment requests for the Company’s prospective acquisitions, including property descriptions, financial summaries, market overviews, and comparable analyses
- Work closely with in-house accounting and asset management to prepare and analyze financial reports for existing portfolio investments
- Research and analyze various local market conditions for various investment purposes
- Assist the investment and acquisition teams in deal-specific due diligence and closings
