TS Air Sciences is a leading distributor of high-quality air filters, committed to providing clean air solutions for commercial buildings, hospitals, and the pharmaceutical industry. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and efficient operations. We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join us as an administrative assistant working in our Lincoln Park office. This position is in person, and full-time.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to, purchase order entry, managing our extensive client base, working with vendors, and following up with logistics carriers for shipping information and relaying that information to clients as needed. Must be proficient in MS Office (primarily excel) and be able to interpret data for proper order entry, able to multi-task and respond to issues on a timely basis. The ideal candidate will take ownership of these tasks as well as initiate others that arise; and this will be crucial in supporting our daily operations. Must be able to work independently, as well as part of our team, be extremely detail oriented, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
