Information Technology Operations Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Operations Analyst I to join our dynamic IT team. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Monitor computer systems and networks to ensure efficient operations and resolve any emerging technical problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems to align with business needs.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and system updates for future reference.
• Create and implement data backup and disaster recovery plans to maintain data integrity.
• Support various software applications and ensure consistent enterprise connectivity for mobile devices.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to address and resolve complex support issues.
• Provide one-on-one technical training to end-users when needed.

Experience and Skills Requirements

Education:

• Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience). Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Technical Proficiency:

• Familiarity with Microsoft/Office 365 platform.
• Experience supporting hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of networking principles and security best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and end-users.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving technical challenges.

Additional Information

• This position will primarily involve in-office responsibilities in Kennebunk, with some remote work flexibility based on tasks and scheduling.
• On-call rotation may be required for after-hours system support.
