Job Overview
Operates small and large equipment such as tractors, large vehicles, forklifts, mowers, etc. while performing duties which serve general track maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury according to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Perform safety and maintenance checks to ensure the safety of the equipment and personnel.
- Maintain inventory of any and all necessary supplies.
- Advise the Track Supervisor of any requirements for maintenance or repairs.
- Clean backside areas in order to maintain suitable appearance and sanitation standards or facility.
- Complete all work assignments on time and with accuracy.
- Be advised of the week-to-week work schedule and any changes made according to business needs.
- Follow the directives of all department SOPs and policies regarding uniforms, communications, and work duties.
- Responsible for carrying out all duties with safety as a priority.

Qualifications
High School diploma and / or 1-2 years of relevant experience.Must have a valid Driver’s License.Requires acute visual perception abilities to accurately judge distances as well as a mechanical aptitude.Must be able to work under minimal supervision and have good time management skills.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Requires a high energy individual with a positive attitude who can demonstrate good communication skills in a team environment.Physical Demands and Work Environment

The employee may be exposed to the risks associated in attempting to resolve issues with extremely irate or difficult guests or staff members.
