Position Purpose Summary: Maintains and configures TMS (Oracle Transportation Management) according to business needs. Responsible for troubleshooting end-user OTM issues and driving process improvement. Works with cross-functional stakeholders to capture updated data and ensure its accuracy and reliability. KEY TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES | |
Understands the company s vision, mission, and strategy; understands business unit objectives and sets/accomplishes individual performance goals accordingly Act as a subject matter expert for TMS (OTM) and works with various cross-functional stakeholders to enhance and improve business processes with automations and system capabilities Contributes to functionality and process design for systems by creating functional specifications and supporting documentation, detailing all process flows and functional operations Maintain TMS (OTM) environment and configuration Provides end-user TMS (OTM) onboarding and support Maintains all transportation master data to ensure its accuracy and reliability (including environment defaults, equipment, fleet details, event details, shipping details, rate information, and buy-side rates for mode, carrier, and lane) Develops structured techniques for obtaining updated data from cross-functional stakeholders Troubleshoots with IT support to resolve technical issues experienced by end-users | |

Educational Requirements: | BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar preferred |
Years of Experience: | 5-8 years experience in related field preferred |
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: | Deep understanding of TMS (OTM) software functionalities, including data entry, configuration, and troubleshooting Experience with business systems (ERP, EDI) required, WMS experience preferred Database (SQL / Microsoft Azure) experience required, OTM experience required (at least 2 years) Ability to work with and manage cross-functional stakeholders to resolve system issues and maintain transportation data Robust problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot system issues Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in system configuration and data management Strong skills in managing and organizing large datasets with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data |
