• Monitor and manage supply base.
• Collaborate with suppliers to uphold quality standards and monitor performance
• Lead and facilitate corrective actions
• Support the nonconformance process

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Authorized to Work in the United States: Must be authorized to work on a permanent basis in the U.S.
• "Get It Done" Attitude: Demonstrates a positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency in completing tasks and achieving goals.
• Independence and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with limited supervision, demonstrating strong initiative and self-drive.
• ISO9001/AS9100 Experience: Previous experience with ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100, or equivalent Quality Management Systems (QMS) is highly preferred.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with experience using 8D methodology and other problem-solving tools.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively engage with diverse teams, customers, and colleagues with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Manufacturing Background: Experience in a manufacturing environment with a solid understanding of industry processes.
• Detail-Oriented and Analytical: Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Computer Proficiency: Sound computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, or Manufacturing) is preferred.
• Supplier Quality Management: Strong background in Supplier Quality Management.
• QMS Auditing Experience: Experience with Quality Management System (QMS) auditing.
• Six Sigma Certification: Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
• Additional Certifications: ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), or similar certification.
• JobBOSS Experience: Familiarity with JobBOSS software or similar manufacturing management systems is highly preferred.
