Job Summary:
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team at our Omaha, NE location! This position is responsible for supporting the accounting department by performing a variety of tasks. The right candidate will have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Accounting Assistant Duties:
- Process incoming paperwork in a timely manner
- Enter data in accordance with company procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure charges are authorized
- Utilize multiple software systems to complete daily tasks
- Generate reports to ensure accuracy
- Other duties as assigned
