We are currently seeking goal-oriented individuals to fill the position of Senior Process Engineer in our Thin Film Department. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment and be responsible for improving and enhancing etch processes. Key responsibilities include problem-solving, data analysis, preventive system setup, and routine production line sustaining. This role requires individuals to be available on-call and respond promptly to requests. Exceptional teamwork and communication skills are essential, as is a demonstrated commitment to our core values of Integrity, Customer Partnership, Innovation, and Commitment.
While this position is scheduled to work core business hours, Monday-Friday, there may be times when additional hours are necessary.
Responsibilities include :
- Perform data analysis using SPC, Real-time monitoring methods, and additional sources to monitor and maintain the performance of the process.
- Cross work with other function team for line problem solving, new technology transfer, and develop the solution for process performance improvement include the quality, productivity and cost reduction.
- Need commit the flexible personal time, once, fab bussiness goal needed as abnormal event handling, meeting with TSMC in the asia time zone, and etc.
