Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders (owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors).
- Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts.
- Oversee quality control measures and ensure conformance to project specifications.
- Conduct regular project meetings and reports.
- Lead and mentor project staff, providing guidance and training.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction documents, materials, equipment, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Viewpoint, Primavera P6, Procore).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable, decisive, and results-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
