Position Overview: We are seeking a well-organized and highly motivated individual to join our Commercial business as a Recruiting Coordinator. The Recruiting Coordinator will primarily assist and support the Recruitment team in scheduling interviews and managing other recruitment administration activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interview Coordination: Support hiring by arranging interviews by coordinating the schedules of internal and external stakeholders, hiring manager, and candidates, including telephone and video conferencing details, and sending invites to relevant parties.
- Recruitment System Administration: Assist with the administration of the recruitment system.
- Job Posting Management: Manage the job posting process on various job boards.
- Tracking and Reporting: Maintain trackers and perform ad-hoc reporting as needed.
- Other Duties: Facilitate hiring and internal efficiencies by booking travel, assisting with invoicing, and other various responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Experience: Experience in a recruitment support role is preferred but not essential.

- Work effectively across a variety of technology platforms, tools, and systems.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 an hour but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
