Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, assess, and deliver talent aligned to position rubric for technical experience and competency fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with Human Resource Business Partners, and Hiring Managers foster an exceptional candidate experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
- Leverage talent intelligence and data driven insights with an intentional focus on inclusion, diversity & equity.
- Manage confidential information in a professional manner.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Six years of full cycle recruiting experience (position intake through offer) within an RPO or in-house/corporate environment.
- Two years supporting manufacturing for a Biotech or Pharmaceutical organization.
- Experience developing talent attraction strategies using diverse channels, including social media campaigns and direct outreach, associations, networking, alumni associations, specialized career sites, etc.
- Experience using Workday ATS highly preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP disciplines, including Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Facilities from a Talent Acquisition lens.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to successfully navigate TA and HR systems, and processes.
- Ability to work independently and on a multi-functional team.
- Exhibit a prominent level of personal ownership, confidentiality, and flexibility.
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, and people skills, having the gravitas to build relationships at all levels.
