We are seeking a Reference Data Adoption Analyst to collaborate with business lines and global functions to implement a Reference Data adoption strategy focused on Party and Account domains. This role requires expertise in enterprise data and its practical application in a large financial services organization.
Responsibilities:
- Track and resolve issues related to Master and Reference Data quality.
- Collaborate with business process owners to capture Party and Account data flows, identify pain points, and address data quality issues.
- Contribute to defining data guidelines and fixing issues at the source.
- Provide regular updates on initiative progress to stakeholders.
Experience:
- Hands-on relevant experience, ideally in Banking or Finance.
- Strong expertise in Master and Reference Data domains (e.g., Party/Customer, Account, Product) and data governance.
- Proficiency in project management, data analysis, and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience building relationships and communicating effectively with diverse teams.
