Our client, a leading insurance company is hiring a Bilingual Spanish / English Customer Service Representative for a contracting role. Please ONLY local candidates to Phoenix AZ . Ability to work 40 hours a week on scheduled shift between the hour 7am-8pm CST; work overtime and weekends as needed.
3-5 years experience of Insurance background is a MUST.
MUST speak fluent Spanish.
Work Location : Phoenix AZ
Pay : $24-25 / hour W2
Responsibilities :
- Will service customers through inbound / outbound calls and emails
- The primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Provide superior customer experience via incoming telephone calls in a fast-paced, automated, high-volume contact center environment
- Assume ownership and timeliness in handling callers requests in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
- Quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze and resolve requests & inquiries
