Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar agency settings.
- Extensive experience in digital marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record in managing digital agencies, partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading digital engagement initiatives, channel strategies, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Veeva PromoMats, Adobe Analytics, WorkFront, and Veeva CRM.
Pay: $77-78/hour W2
Responsibilities
- Manage the strategic approach, execution, and measurement of omni-channel marketing and media plans for a Hematology brand.
- Collaborate extensively with internal teams (Production, Brand, Omni-Channel Capabilities, Business Insights & Analytics) and manage external partners like digital and media agencies.
- Bring experience in HCP and DTC digital marketing specifically within the Rx pharmaceutical sector; prior launch and category experience is a plus.
- Facilitate seamless interaction among stakeholders to develop a comprehensive engagement and content strategy, followed by specific digital channel strategies to align with business and customer needs.
- Deliver channel insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization of business plans.
- Support cross-functional collaborations to execute digital brand campaigns and meet operational effectiveness, business impact, and objectives.
- Utilize best practices to enhance customer engagement through various channels, including CTV, OLV, Display, CRM, websites, email, social media, and search engine marketing.
- Offer engagement recommendations based on customer insights and brand strategy.
- Contribute to drafting creative briefs and other documentation needed for digital program development.
- Lead internal MLR review processes and work with external partners to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of digital programs across multiple platforms.
