Our client mid-size firm seeking a Corporate M&A Transactional Attorney for a growing practice.

This role will be empowered to work in their corporate transactional practice handling a variety of complex matters. These including :

private equity investments
recapitalizations
finance, entity structuring, formation, & commercial contracts
joint ventures
private offerings of securities
