Job Summary
TST is a general contractor providing design and construction services to a diversified base of Government agencies across the nation. The Office Manager at TST is responsible for a wide range of administrative functions within the office.

- Manage all office operations; such as maintenance, mail, supplies, equipment.
- Keep the office informed of current policies.
- Support staff in other assigned projects.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma required; some college preferred but not required.
- Minimum 1-year experience in office management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office is crucial.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Aptitude to stay organized and complete multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Capable of working in a fast paced, deadline driven, and ever-changing environment.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
