- Conduct engaging virtual sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Educate homeowners about the advantages of solar energy and our premium products.
- Clarify financing alternatives, including power purchase agreements and leases.
- Provide precise and timely information regarding pricing and warranties.
- Achieve monthly sales goals through effective closing strategies.
- Foster a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the solar or related industries.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously and efficiently manage your schedule.
- Proficiency with technology for conducting virtual sales presentations.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in solar or a related field.

Compensation And Benefits
- Industry-leading compensation structure, starting at \(50 per proposal with the potential to increase to \)100 per proposal presentation based on performance.
- M2 commission of 20% of projected revenue at permitting, with the remainder paid upon installation and PTO.
- Immediate payment available through our fast pay program upon completion of proposal presentation.
