Director, Demand Generation

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and working remotely in the US, the Director, Demand Generation , will execute the Go-to-market strategy directly to potential companies, creating awareness and ultimately driving inbound leads. The Director will also be proficient in digital / social advertising, conversion rate optimization, marketing automation, multi-channel marketing, and any other disciplines that can be used to reach audiences and capture demand.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social, email, and content marketing.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to track and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and audience segments.
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute high-impact campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
• This role is pivotal in enhancing our market presence and driving business growth by effectively reaching and engaging our target audience.

What you'll bring to the role

125,000 - $150,000 a year

This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and / or skill levels. Benefits available to eligible employees include the following :
