About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Toll Collection Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to motorists traveling through the toll lane.
As a Toll Collection Specialist, you will classify and collect proper toll amounts from motorists, make changes, issue receipts, and write insufficient fund slips. You will also complete operations reports and balance cash deposits at the end of each shift.
