Manager, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Location: Doral
Type of Work: Hybrid work schedule – 3 days at the office, 2 days at home

Type of Contract: Permanent
Pay Rate: $75,000 – $90,000 annually

Description:
The Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing financial processes to ensure efficient cash flow management and compliance with accounting policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and in-depth financial management knowledge to enhance operational efficiency and maintain accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee and manage all accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
• Implement strategies to optimize payment and collection cycles.
• Analyze financial reports and ensure accuracy in accounting records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits related to accounts payable and receivable.
• Lead, train, and develop the finance team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable management.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and financial software.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and financial audits.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
