Description: Injury law firm dedicated to advocating for clients impacted by injuries, is seeking a compassionate and organized Bilingual Client Relations Coordinator. This role is essential in managing client interactions and supporting attorneys with case management for personal injury claims. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, have legal case management experience, preferably in personal injury law, and be committed to client care throughout the legal process.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns in both English and Spanish.
- Assist attorneys with managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation.
- Gather, organize, and review essential case documentation, including medical records, accident reports, and insurance information.
- Maintain detailed case files and ensure all documentation is accurately updated and securely stored.
- Coordinate communications between clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other involved parties.
- Monitor case progress, manage deadlines, and ensure timely completion of case-related tasks.
- Prepare case summaries and support attorneys with strategic planning for settlements and discussions.
- Schedule client appointments, medical evaluations, and coordinate case-related activities.
- Educate clients on the legal process and provide answers to inquiries regarding case progression.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Prior experience as a Bilingual Client Relations Coordinator or similar role within a law firm, ideally focused on personal injury.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases concurrently.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to build rapport and communicate empathetically with clients.
- Knowledge of personal injury legal procedures, including settlement, negotiation, and litigation stages.
