Job Title: Bilingual HR Generalist
Location: Ft. Myers, Florida

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Type of Contract: Temp-to-Perm
Pay Rate: 30 -32 Per Hour
Description:
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting essential HR functions, fostering an inclusive and compliant work environment, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity. This role demands strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Act as the primary backup for the recruitment process, assisting in meeting hiring needs.
- Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Communicate and enforce HR policies, contributing to updates as needed.
- Provide counseling and mediation support to employees to resolve workplace concerns.
- Support managers with performance management and documentation.
- Administer personnel changes in HR systems.
- Stay updated on legal changes, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the HR department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience with demonstrated growth.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Paycom is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- Professional attitude with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices.
- Experience in providing training and workshops (desirable).
