Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Identify and engage prospective clients to expand the company’s market presence.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Perfumers, Marketing, Production, and Regulatory Affairs, to deliver top-tier customer service.
- Oversee briefs, sample requests, and project timelines to meet client expectations.
- Monitor market trends and emerging products to keep the company’s offerings competitive.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings (up to 50% travel required).
- 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or marketing within the fragrance industry.
- Strong understanding of fragrance development, branding, and customer preferences.
- Proven ability to manage accounts, drive revenue growth, and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
