Commercial Real Estate Paralegal – Fort Lauderdale, FL
Employment Type : Permanent
Work Arrangement : In-office (first 90 days), then Hybrid (3 days per week)
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 per year
The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions , from contract to closing. Responsibilities include handling loan documentation, title review, lien searches, estoppel letters, and zoning research , ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail in clearing title and B-1 requirements , preparing CD / Closing Statements , and communicating with lenders and clients to resolve title, lien, and survey issues. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for e-recordings, title policies, and document delivery to all relevant parties.
Requirements :
- Undergraduate degree required .
- 5 years of experience in a mid-size or large law firm’s real estate law section.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, loan closings, and title work .
- Proficiency in title clearing, lien research, survey review, and escrow management .
