Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Bar License in good standing (any U.S. state or PR)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Fluent in Spanish
- Immigration law experience (minimum one year)
- Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients and develop legal strategies
- Manage cases, deadlines, and supervise staff
- Prepare legal documents and conduct research
- Stay updated on immigration laws and policies
- Handle court hearings and trials
- Market law firm services and cross-sell practices
- Work one Saturday per month (bonus potential
