Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of staff.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and leave administration, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Handle employee performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Drive employee engagement, development, and training initiatives to enhance team productivity and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure proper use of HRIS systems, such as UltiPro.
