Candidates with experience in class-based gyms such as Orange Theory, F45, or Solidcore are highly preferred. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a proven ability to lead teams, meet revenue goals, and maintain a strong commitment to customer service and team development.

- Cultivate a culture of respect for authority, professionalism, and positive attitudes across the team.
