Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement quality standards to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including FAA-RSM and QCM compliance.
- Collaborate with the FAA and other regulatory entities to meet all PMI requirements.
- Continuously improve operational processes to reduce errors and enhance efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate quality assurance staff, fostering a team culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with product managers and testers to embed quality throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Conduct data analyses on quality metrics and create detailed reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry laws and regulations to ensure compliance and adapt quality processes as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools, methodologies, and practices.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to ongoing training in quality engineering, auditing, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) or the airline industry is preferred
