- Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Determine the purpose of each guest’s visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the relevant staff; take messages and schedule appointments as needed.
- Receive and sort mail, packages, and courier deliveries; distribute or notify the appropriate recipients.
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support, including filing, recordkeeping, and document preparation.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with visitors and staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of administrative procedures, including filing and document handling.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
