KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Social Media Strategy & Management
- Execute comprehensive, multi-platform social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Oversee daily organic and paid social initiatives.
- Manage and optimize content calendars for multiple restaurant concepts.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visuals across all platforms.
- Update and manage digital listings via tools like Yext and Chatmeter.
- Support partner accounts and virtual/off-premise concepts.
- Lead production of high-quality visual content including video, photography, and graphics.
- Create compelling posts, stories, and short-form videos tailored to each platform.
- Identify and leverage user-generated content (UGC) to boost authenticity.
- Actively engage with followers and respond to messages, reviews, and comments.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns focused on engagement and conversions.
- Track key metrics (followers, engagement, traffic) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Utilize analytics tools to deliver actionable insights and reporting.
- Implement crisis communication tactics to protect brand reputation.
- Lead influencer partnerships including coordination of visits and content.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align social with promotions, events, and initiatives.
- Manage social media budgets including boosts, giveaways, and production.
- Coordinate photo/video shoots to produce content that meets brand standards.
- Stay current on platform innovations, industry trends, and best practices.
- 3 years of experience managing social media for brands or corporate environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Expertise in platforms like Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Suite, and Google Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of content marketing, user-generated content, and reputation management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
