Our client is seeking an experienced Vice President of Human Resources to lead our HR initiatives in a dynamic startup environment. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business goals, particularly in employee benefits management and 401(k) administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Oversee the administration of the 401(k) plan, ensuring compliance and maximizing employee engagement.
• Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes professional development and employee well-being.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage talent acquisition, retention, and organizational development strategies.
• Drive performance management and succession planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior HR role, 5 years healthcare who work with providers.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits, retirement plans, and HR compliance.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
