Maintenance Technician – The Blvd at White Springs
Location: White Marsh Area
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $23 per hour (based on experience)

WPM is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our service team at The Blvd at White Springs, located in the White Marsh area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to maintenance work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing units for move-in. The successful candidate will have strong HVAC experience or certification and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills are a must, and prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance
- Hang, prep, and sand drywall
- Conduct electrical repairs
- Maintain and repair appliances
- Perform plumbing work
- Paint common areas and apartments
- Maintain cleanliness and safety on the property grounds
- Assist with snow removal as needed
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency evening, weekend, and holiday coverage
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated skills in plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry
- Must be available for on-call emergencies during evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to troubleshoot minor electrical problems in various fixtures and equipment
- Ability to work at heights up to 85’ on ladders
- Strong attention to detail and safety
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in site maintenance required
