Property Manager – The BLVD at White Springs
Starting Salary: $85,000/year
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
WPM is looking for a customer-driven, forward-thinking, and self-motivated leader to join our management team as a Property Manager at The BLVD at White Springs. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team, and ensuring the success of a residential apartment community. Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing & Occupancy – Supervise leasing operations, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. Review rent decisions, renewals, and retention strategies to optimize occupancy.
- Financial & Budget Management – Develop and manage community budgets, monitor financial performance, and address budget variances. Approve expenditures and ensure timely invoice processing.
- Property Maintenance & Inspections – Conduct regular property inspections, address deficiencies within budget constraints, and oversee maintenance operations to ensure quality unit turns and timely resident request resolutions.
- Marketing & Curb Appeal – Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance property visibility and reduce vacancies while maintaining exceptional curb appeal.
- Resident & Community Relations – Foster strong relationships with residents through clear, responsive communication, ensuring a safe, well-maintained community.
- Team Leadership & Development – Hire, train, supervise, and develop a high-performing team. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management while modeling company core values.
- Reporting & Compliance – Prepare reports for investors/owners, ensuring transparency in operations and financial performance. Enforce company policies and regulatory compliance.
- Emergency & Coverage Management – Schedule staff to maintain appropriate coverage for routine operations and emergency response.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Minimum of 3 years of Property Management experience required
