HR Generalist
Location: Huntsville, AL

Position Summary:
TTGI is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably within a government contracting environment. This role will support various HR functions, including compliance, benefits administration, recruitment, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and contract-specific regulations.
Support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records in ADP and generate reports as needed.
Assist in benefits administration, including enrollments and claims resolution.
Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance to staff and managers.
Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and other regulatory requirements.
Assist in 401K processing and HR reporting through ADP.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of HR experience (government contracting experience preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience working with ADP for employee management and payroll functions preferred.
Knowledge of federal labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
