Job Description:
The Curriculum Development Training team drives strategic training efforts for management, ensuring the success of training programs and curriculum by collaborating with team members to develop the training program and creating curriculum.
Job Overview:
- Curriculum and content development experience for adult learners from inception to delivery.
- Demonstrable experience in project management and project deployment.
- Exceptional skills to communicate plans and ideas through briefings, meetings and organize data through written reports and charts.
- Experienced in working with leadership teams at all levels and managing multiple programs simultaneously with an effective ability to exercise appropriate judgment, regarding risk management.
- Experienced in ILT development & eLearning expertise.
- Fast-paced tempo in course development especially in meeting timelines.
Nice to have:
- Navy/Submarine Operations Experience
Mandatory Need:
- Secret Security Clearance
- Training/Learning
- Adobe Product knowledge; especially Captive for eLearning design and development
Job Requirements:
- Possess strong content writing ability, creativity, attention to detail and excellent proofing and editing skills.
- A strong portfolio of eLearning and ILT work that demonstrates mastery as an instructional designer.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. Presents ideas, expectations, and information in a concise well-organized manner.
- Critical thinking skills & analytical approach to problem solving and driving toward solutions.
- A track record of utilizing the latest information on instructional design techniques and practices.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captive and/or other authoring tools.
- Understanding of learning technologies including LMS.
Salary : $64,600 - $87,500
