Hours : 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday (Onsite)

Job Overview :
The Real Estate Financial Analyst & Underwriter will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing underwriting reports, and evaluating investment opportunities in real estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate markets, financial modeling, and investment analysis. They will work closely with the acquisition and finance teams to provide critical insights that drive decision-making. Candidate must be Bi-Lingual (Spanish).
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting for potential real estate acquisitions, including residential and commercial properties.
- In addition to financial analysis and underwriting, the Real Estate Financial Analyst & Underwriter will also be responsible for conducting auction evaluations and assessments for new properties, ensuring accurate valuations and competitive bidding strategies.
- Prepare detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, pro forma statements, and return-on-investment (ROI) analysis.
- Assess market trends and perform due diligence to evaluate investment opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports for senior management and stakeholders, including risk assessments, investment strategies, and market outlooks.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including acquisitions, legal, and property management, to gather necessary data and ensure smooth deal execution.
- Monitor and track the performance of current investments and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up to date on real estate market trends, industry regulations, and best practices to provide insights for decision-making.
