Scrum Master - Exempt

• Enterprise Master Data - Security Master and Pricing is looking for a motivated senior Scrum Leader to advance agile practices to deliver a best in class product. S/he will be part of the team that builds, maintains, and promotes our Enterprise Leader Data platform, enable many teams cross LOBs in client with the Security and Pricing domain.
• Across our organization, we have recognized the need for uplifting our agile practices to higher level. As such, we are currently looking to hire Scrum Leader / Agile Coach to guide and support our organization through this transition. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our company and help foster a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement. These roles will be based out of our Pittsburgh, PA office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in similar role. Previous technical Experience in a Scrum Leader role for multiple software development scrum teams, large initiatives, programs
• Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods, familiar with various Agile approaches: Scrum, SAFe, XP, Kanban, etc.
• Knowledge and experience in the use of tools such as: Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Effective communication, facilitation and mentoring skills, build and coach high performing teams
• Ability to take ambiguous topics and translate into actionable plans working with multiple business, operational and technical stakeholders
• Preferred to have Agile certifications including CSM, PSM, SAFe SSM
• Knowledge and experience in SAFe practice is a big plus
• Ability to learn new technology quickly, demonstrated by experience in an engineering environment.
