About the Role - Senior Digital Project Manager
We’re looking for an experienced project manager to join our team—someone who knows the satisfaction of delivering great products for our clients and their users. We’re looking for a driven, charismatic collaborator who can deliver software projects while ensuring everyone on their team has what they need to produce their best work. A proactive mindset, thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and a sense of humour are essential.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Working closely with our teams, clients, and partners to help scope, estimate, and deliver successful projects, including enterprise solutions, mobile apps, and AI solutions.
- Managing your teams throughout the project life cycle—driving day-to-day production, running sprints, balancing priorities, and tracking progress.
- Ensuring quality of deliverables while maintaining the project budget.
- Ownership of successful project delivery and inspire your teams to do their best work.
- Facilitating communication with and between all stakeholders throughout all phases of the work: estimation, kickoff, creative concept, execution, testing, support, and reporting.
- Going above and beyond to build strong relationships with client teams, internal teams, and our partners.
- Generating and presenting a regular cadence of project status reports for key stakeholders with ongoing risk management strategies.
- Working with your team to actively identify and mitigate project risks and building a back pocket of contingency plans in case of emergency.
- Leverage your experience and background to devise unique solutions to complex problems, and ask the right questions at the right time to inspire your team to do the same.
What You Bring to the Party
- At least 6 years of experience working as a client-facing project manager in a software development environment. This is a must-have requirement for this role.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex software development projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and able to choose the right methodology for the job depending on the client & project at hand.
- You’re a strong influencer with excellent communication skills and can work with diverse groups and align teams around common goals.
- You’re client-focused, bring a professional attitude, and have stellar interpersonal skills. You also have the empathy and diplomacy to resolve conflicts.
- You embrace and navigate change quickly, which is essential in our fast-paced environment.
- You’re a storyteller—you have a knack for weaving together information from Design, Engineering, and Business to form a straightforward, engaging narrative that clients can get behind.
- You have a tool belt of processes, templates, and structures that you use at the right time and can adapt to unique circumstances.
- You have experience with various tools, such as ClickUp, Jira, Figma and Miro, and can quickly learn new systems.
- You either come from a technical background or are intimately familiar with the SDLC, and you can effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical clients.
