The Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District (THPRD) is now welcoming applications for THRIVE Directors and Assistant Directors. The THRIVE program serves students from the Beaverton School District in afterschool programs. These positions receive part-time benefits.

THPRD is hiring for multiple positions, hours may vary and are based on program need. Part-time benefits (PTB) eligible employees work an average of 20 hours per week but, less than 30 hours, on a year-round basis and are eligible to enroll in a benefits package. Do you have a current First Aid and CPR certification or the ability to obtain upon hire?

All positions are flexibly staffed, Monday - Friday, between 12 : 30pm - 6 : 00pm on school days and 7 : 30am - 6 : 00pm on no school days, starting August 26th 2024 to June 10th 2025. Please tell us about your typical availability within that timeframe.
