Certification Details BLS ACLS PALS - must be completed within six (6) months of hire Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) - must be completed within 6 months of hire NIHSS - must be completed within 6 months of hire Job Details Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start Tuba City Regional Healthcare does not require your RN to have an AZ state license. Your nurse must have a valid RN license from their state of residence. Must present a copy of license. This position is primarily within the Intensive Care Unit and periodically will FLOAT to ED, Med / Surg or Peds in case of low census. Provides Nursing Care to critically ill patients. The Registered Nurse performs a variety of responsible nursing care procedures requiring professional knowledge and consideration of specific patient conditions and treatments and ability to work independently in completing assignments. Job Requirements Education : Associate Degree in Nursing Must have and maintain a current valid unrestricted Professional Nursing License (RN) to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States Must maintain current valid certification of the following throughout employment : Schedule Information ORIENTATION : Every two (2) weeks only. Unit Specific Information Nursing duties include the provision of inpatient care and support in the 5 Bed I.C.U. to individuals of all ages and their families. After hours recovery of post op general surgery, pediatric, & OB patients as needed. Additional Details COVID EXEMPTIONS : We do not accept religious exemptions.
