Job Description
The Front Desk Supervisor will play a key role in driving revenue growth and improving client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Educating clients on services and skincare products, recommending personalized solutions.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals for products and treatments.
- Upselling and cross-selling based on client needs, treatment plans, and promotional opportunities.
The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Sales-oriented professional with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a spa, beauty, or retail setting.
