About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Sales Marketing to lead our Sales Marketing team inclusive of content marketing, strategic account marketing, and integrated marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advertising, connected TV, and ad tech. They will be responsible for strengthening our B2B brand and business reputation, driving demand for our ad products and services, and enabling our sales team to increase annual revenue.

This is a hybrid role based in New York City and reports to the SVP, B2B Marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Strategy :

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of functional experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts

Content Marketing :

Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content that highlights the value of our ad-supported streaming platform including thought leadership materials, case studies, white papers, and other content to enhance our B2B brand presence

Drive demand for our ad products and services through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives

Ensure content marketing efforts are data-driven and optimized for lead generation and conversion

Strategic Account Marketing :

Enable the sales team with tools, resources, and training to effectively sell our advertising solutions

Oversee the design and implementation of marketing programs tailored to key strategic accounts

Partner with the sales team to create customized marketing materials and presentations that address client needs and showcase our ad solutions

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of account-specific marketing initiatives, including establishing KPIs and optimization of marketing efforts to achieve revenue targets

Branded Entertainment & Sponsorships :

Develop and manage branded entertainment and sponsorship opportunities that align with client objectives and enhance viewer engagement

Create integrated marketing programs that combine sponsorships, content, and advertising to drive brand visibility and revenue

Collaborate with external partners and agencies to deliver innovative and effective branded content

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred

Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales marketing, advertising, or a related field

Proven track record of leadership in a similar role within the connected TV, ad tech, or digital advertising industries

Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and revenue growth strategies

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance tracking

Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for a sales incentive compensation plan, an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical / dental / vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

160,000-$228,000 USD

This time is 100% paid through a combination of any applicable state, city, and federal leaves and wage-replacement programs in addition to contributions made by Tubi.
