Responsibilities

- Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management.
- Foster social skills and emotional development through interactive activities and group play.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom to ensure a safe learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall childcare program and share best practices.
- Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet individual needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in childcare or daycare settings is preferred, particularly with infants and toddlers.
