Mid-to-Senior Level Associate Attorney – Trial Department
Location : St. Louis, MO
Tucker Ellis LLP is seeking a highly motivated mid-to-senior level associate attorney to join our Trial Department in our St. Louis office. We are looking for an attorney with hands-on trial experience who is eager to take an active role in high-stakes litigation. While experience in product liability litigation is preferred, we welcome candidates with a strong background in other defense-side litigation practices.
Key Responsibilities :
Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including case strategy, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, and trial.
Manage complex litigation matters and work closely with partners and clients.
Participate in trial teams, taking on meaningful roles in courtroom proceedings.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare case assessments.
Work collaboratively within a nationally recognized trial team.
Qualifications :
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Missouri Bar.
5 years of litigation experience with a strong focus on trial work.
Prior experience in product liability litigation is preferred, but candidates with strong defense-side litigation backgrounds will be considered.
Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
