Business Applications Analyst II
Location: Remote (Pacific or Central Time Zone preferred) | Occasional onsite visits
Duration: Direct Hire (FTE)

Responsibilities
- Configure, administer, and maintain Kronos Workforce Central and other business applications
- Develop and support system interfaces and reporting solutions
- Conduct user needs assessments and create need-gap analyses
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and seamless upgrades
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and business processes
Required Skills & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
Experience:
- 3 years of relevant work experience (or 7 years without a degree)
- 2 years in an IS healthcare setting
- Hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) (required)
- Bonus: Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions)
- Full life cycle implementation experience from planning to go-live
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as Kronos, Lawson, Oracle, or PeopleSoft
