Health Equity BI Developer

Location : Southern California (Remote)

12-month assignment, potential to extend

Pay Rate : $50-55 / hour

We are seeking a Health Equity BI Developer with strong communication skills to join our private healthcare client. This role requires effective collaboration in meetings and with stakeholders to deliver impactful data insights.

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a BI Developer.
  • Preferred experience in the healthcare domain.

Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in Tableau and PowerBI for analytics visualization (Tableau experience required).
  • Familiarity with data modeling and query logic, using MS-SQL or similar languages.
  • Ability to extract, integrate, and analyze data from AllScripts SCM and Infinity databases.
  • Experience with Oracle Health Cerner HealthAnalytics / Population Health platforms for data access and analysis.

    • Healthcare Data Expertise :

  • Competence with healthcare data sets (clinical, administrative, financial, operational).

    • Salary : $50 - $55
