Responsibilities :
- Review and negotiate SOWs in alignment with legal guidelines and sourcing policies.
- Ensure compliance with procurement standards, including competitive bidding and preferred supplier utilization.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand project scopes and advise on contract structuring.
- Serve as the primary liaison for suppliers, negotiating terms and resolving disputes.
- Maintain an efficient contract review process, handling a high volume of SOWs.
- Track and report key metrics related to SOW turnaround times and compliance.
- Identify and mitigate risks within contract terms and sourcing agreements.
