Chemist I – Production & Innovation
Location: On-Site | Fort Worth, TX
1 Year Assignment (Potential to extend or convert)
Pay Rate: $24.71/hr.
Schedule: M-F/ 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

On behalf of our client a leading medical device company, we are seeking for a Production Chemist I, that will play a crucial role in formulating high-complexity bulk products, customizing recipes, and driving process improvements in a cutting-edge facility.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-complexity bulk formulations, including custom recipes, following precise protocols.
- Lead and participate in process enhancement projects to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, conduct Root Cause Investigations, and implement Corrective Actions.
- Help onboard and mentor new team members, ensuring excellence in manufacturing practices.
- Maintain detailed documentation, follow GMP/GLP regulations, and manage Quality Notifications.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field, and 1 years of experience in a manufacturing or lab environment, formulating biological or life science products.
- Strong documentation and procedural adherence skills.
- A keen eye for improving workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Understanding of chemical composition, transformations, and interactions.
- Familiarity with lab environments, equipment, and best practices.
